mammam connects Guests with independent Hosts who cook meals in their own private homes. mammam does not prepare, handle, inspect, or sell food, and does not employ Hosts. Each meal is the sole responsibility of the Host who prepares it.

Hosts on mammam sign a food-safety commitment and submit photos of their kitchen before listing, but mammam does not conduct in-person health or hygiene inspections and cannot guarantee any meal is free of allergens, foodborne illness, or contamination.

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must disclose them clearly when booking. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should confirm directly with the Host, via in-app chat, that the meal can be prepared safely before relying on any listing or confirmation.

Bookings take place at a Host's private residence. mammam does not screen homes for safety beyond the verification steps described in our Terms, and cannot guarantee the condition or safety of any Host's home, or the conduct of any Guest or Host.

Guests pay Hosts directly by bank transfer. mammam does not collect, hold, or process Guest payments, and is not a licensed payment or escrow institution. Hosts separately owe mammam a platform fee for each confirmed booking, paid directly to mammam's account.

Because mammam does not hold Guest payments, refunds for a cancelled booking are sent by the Host directly to the Guest. mammam tracks whether a refund has been reported as sent but cannot guarantee, verify, or enforce that a Host sends it, and is not liable for a Host's failure to do so. Guests with an unresolved refund should contact us at support@mammam.vn.

Reviews, ratings, and messages on mammam reflect the opinions of individual users, not mammam. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and are not responsible for it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mammam, its founders, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from a booking, a meal, or any interaction between a Guest and a Host. Use of the Platform, and participation in any meal booked through it, is at your own risk.
